This is underlined by a strictly increasing number of own IP solutions based on SAP BTP technology that are integral part of the SAP industry cloud. Reply significantly developed the number of transformation projects worldwide including RISE with SAP and all other LoB solutions. 

  

Reply and SAP expanded the collaboration in the common IT Sustainability User Group, main invests for the upcoming year are related to GenAI business cases and particuar AI-infused customer solutions.

The excellence of Reply is acknowledged by the SAP Quality Award for the 10th consecutive year and being evaluated by SAP as globally Top 3 in SAP CX delivery quality.
